that has a dyno so you'll know what kind of power you're making. 280 bhp is highly unlikely though with your current mods. Headers show minimal gains on the mid & top end. It all depends on what other supporting mods you add. If your planning on n20 then by all means get headers. If not that $500+ can be spent on other more useful things such as a u.d. pulley, aluminum f.w., suspension upgrades etc.
